Information Management & Communications Technology

The Information & Communications Technology Services team manages the core systems required to successfully operate a diverse operation such as Compass Health.

The department consists of four specialty teams:

  • Information Analysis & Business Intelligence
  • Infrastructure Technology
  • Software Development; and
  • Systems Operations.

The department is responsible for:

  • maintaining the day-to-day infrastructure used by the staff
  • generating capitation information, including processing capitation payments for General Practice
  • generating ad-hoc and contractual health information reports; and
  • maintaining custom written systems for internal use.
