Central PHO is a Primary Health Organisation (PHO) with providers in the Otaki, Horowhenua, Manawatu and Tararua regions.
Central PHO was formed in July 2010 from four previous PHOs - Otaki PHO, Horowhenua PHO, Manawatu PHO and Tararua PHO.
