Information Management

The Information Management team manages the core systems required to successfully operate a diverse operation such as Compass Health.

The department consist of four specialty teams:

• Information Analysis

• Infrastructure

• Software Development; and

• Systems Operations.

This department is responsible for:

• maintaining the day-to-day infrastructure used by the staff

• generating capitation information, including processing capitation payments for general practice

• generating ad-hoc and contractual health information reports; and

• maintaining custom written systems for internal use.

Research

The department works with partners within research projects, applying their extensive experience within the health sector, as well as their analytical skills.
